Shipping
Yes, Free shipping on orders over £75 in the UK, and £150 international orders.
Otherwise, a flat rate applies: £6.99 for standard UK shipping, and £19.99 rest of the markets.
All of our prices include international tariffs and duty, so there are no extra taxes for you.
We offer standard delivery worldwide via DHL Express, the fastest courier in the world.
In the UK, we may use additional courier services depending on their suitability.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Once processed, you'll receive an email with tracking information, which may take up to 24 hours to update.
Upon payment confirmation, orders are prepared for dispatch within one business day at the latest. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or UK holidays.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- UK orders: Allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
- USA and EU orders: Expect delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Rest of the world orders: Allow 3–10 business days for delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as payment processing, stock availability, or customs delays.
Returns
Returning an item is simple! If your item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all tags, we offer free returns and will process a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Email us at returns@stoiqs.com with the order number, name on the order, email address used for the order, and your request (refund or exchange). We include a DHL returns label in your shipment.
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide a free return label and /or arrange a convenient business day pickup with DHL.
All eligible returns will receive a full refund for the item’s price as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

Upon receiving your returned items, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to complete. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
For international orders, customs duties, local sales taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
